Compensation

We pay top dollar for top talent.
DD offers a starting wage of $20 per hour for new-to-the-field team members with no prior experience. Got some experience? Been doing this for a while? Looking to move up a notch? Let’s see what it takes to get you on the team. Most of our longer-term specialists earn near 6-figure salaries with true master craftsmen earning well in to 6-figures.
We offer a top-tier benefits package with medical, dental, and life insurance for peace of mind for you and your family. All positions include paid over time and paid vacations.New team members that start in August 2021 will receive a $2,000 Bonus after 3 months on the team.
